APEX MANAGEMENT, a division of Achey, Inc., main focus is property management of single family homes, home owner associations, condominium associations, apartment complexes, apartment units and small office space. The President and CEO has over 50 years of property management experience. His staff has several years of property management experience, ranging from five years to over twenty years. Apex has a solid reputation in the community. Apex has community involvement with the City of Bethlehem government and State and Local Chamber of Commerce. We use Yardi Systems deluxe property management program which is a data base and accounting program combined. We currently manage properties in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Hellertown, Bath and surrounding Lehigh Valley Areas.
